5+ years of related experience - Certifications:
None (Security+ or DoD 8570 Level II required within 90 days of hire) - Work Schedule:
40 hours per week - Travel: 10-25% (including local and other sites)

Responsibilities- Maintain computer system workflows, ensuring reliable operation and continuous improvement of desktops, servers, and related infrastructure.
- Provide support for Windows and Linux systems, including web servers and network attached storage devices, as part of Tier 1/2/3 support.
- Coordinate site visits and upgrades, delivering on‑site and remote resolution support for trouble calls.
- Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of operating systems and application software using tools such as Power Shell, PDQ, or SCCM.
- Isolate and resolve hardware and software problems, including applications, operating systems, and communications infrastructure.
- Maintain integrity of network components and implement OS enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
- Apply software and hardware patches, ensuring compliance with licensing, policies, and service level agreements.
- Create and follow procedures for database management, including security, data safety, disaster recovery, and bulk imports/exports.
- Conduct routine and emergency maintenance on data center and end‑user equipment.
- Communicate preventive maintenance windows and coordinate with customers.
- Participate in backup and recovery plan development, testing, and administration.
- Apply STIG guidelines, review ACAS scans, and work with ISSOs to mitigate findings.
- Document configuration and troubleshooting steps in tickets and standard operating procedures.
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Security+ certification or DoD 8570 Level II equivalent within 90 days of hire.
- TS/SCI clearance required with eligibility to obtain CI Poly.
- System administrator account access authorized within 90 days of hire.
- Experience administering RHEL, Windows, and/or storage platforms.
- Experience with trouble ticket systems such as Service +.
- Availability for after‑hour on‑call support.
- Ability to travel 0‑20% to local and similar architecture/footprint sites.
- Strong documentation skills and experience with MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Excellent customer support and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high‑pressure environment.
The employee will need to lift, move, or carry equipment as necessary (maximum 65 pounds).
Desired Skills- Experience in the imagery intelligence domain.
- Ability to create and modify scripts in Windows and Linux.
- Knowledge of the customer’s processes and production systems.
- Familiarity with database, network, and configuration management.
- Valid U.S. passport.
- Teamwork and independent work skills.

Langley AFB, Virginia, United States.
Likely salary range: $86,700 – $117,300, based on experience, location, and contractual requirements.
