Role OverviewThis role supports the Marketing Technology & Enablement team, focused on coordinating and scaling enterprise AI pilot initiatives. The position holder will drive program management, stakeholder alignment, and executive communications, translating AI pilot activity into clear business impact. This role acts as a central hub across marketing, technology, and business teams to manage work streams, track progress, and deliver polished executive‑ready content.
Key Responsibilities- Manage execution of multiple AI pilot work streams, including timelines, dependencies, and decisions.
- Gather updates from stakeholders and produce weekly summaries and executive readouts.
- Create executive-level materials such as presentations, status reports, and talking points.
- Track goals, milestones, KPIs, risks, and issues across pilots.
- Synthesize insights and trends to inform scaling and adoption decisions.
- Coordinate cross‑functional communications across marketing, technology, and business teams.
- Own the meeting cadence, including agendas, notes, action items, and follow‑ups.
- Operate independently and drive progress in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
- A program tracking framework, including cadence, reporting tools, and dashboards.
- Executive‑ready presentations and briefing materials.
- A clear narrative connecting AI pilots to business impact.
- A centralized repository for updates, decisions, and documentation.
- Cross‑pilot insights and trend analysis.
- Stakeholder communications that improve alignment and execution speed.
- Strong background in Program/Project Management, Marketing Operations, Consulting, Communications, or Chief of Staff–type roles.
- Experience supporting enterprise AI initiatives, digital transformation, or complex cross‑functional programs.
- Advanced presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex inputs into executive‑ready outputs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple work streams and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, both qualitative and quantitative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in ambiguous environments.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with collaboration and project tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Asana, , or Airtable.
- Background in hospitality, travel, loyalty, or global consumer brands.
- Experience supporting senior executives, steering committees, or transformation offices.
- Understanding of enterprise AI use cases, pilot lifecycle management, and change management.
- Ability to identify adoption signals and business process impacts.
- Experience with research, trend analysis, or market scanning.
- Familiarity with data visualization or dashboarding.
