• Build and lead programs that scale across the organization.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Communicate across product, engineering, design, and data science units.
• Drive well‑educated decisions and simplify technically complex problems.
• Develop and grow a team of TPMs, building the foundations for the TPM practice.
• Collaborate across functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries to get the job done.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs.

• 7+ years of experience designing and building data‑intensive solutions using distributed computing.
• 3+ years of experience building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing architecture – preferably AWS.
• 3+ years of experience building highly scalable mobile products & platforms.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery.
• 3+ years of experience delivering large and complex programs, owning the business or technical vision, collaborating with large cross‑functional teams, securing commitments on deliverables, and unblocking teams to land business impact.
• Experience building systems and solutions within a highly regulated environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field such as Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• MBA or Master’s Degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.

The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.

• McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000.
• Richmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100.

This role is eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives (LTI).
