* What You Will Do:
*** We are seeking a Senior AWS Dev Ops Engineer to design, automate and optimize cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines while ensuring applications are highly available, scalable, secure and cost-efficient.
* Hands-on experience with AWS services, automation frameworks, and Dev Ops best practices, while also capable of mentoring junior engineers and driving technical excellence across teams.
* Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, AWS Code Pipeline etc.) and support containerized workloads (Docker, ECS, EKS, Kubernetes).
* Enable automated testing, artifact management, and blue/green or canary deployments.
* Implement observability, monitoring and logging solutions using AWS Cloud Watch, X-Ray or third-party tools.
* Troubleshoot system performance, latency, reliability issues and define and maintain SLAs, SLOs.
* Automate provisioning, scaling, monitoring, recovery processes security scanning and vulnerability management with CI/CD.
* Ensure systems meets security, governance, and regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA, FedRAMP, SOC 2 etc.) as applicable.
* Implement IAM best practices, encryption strategies, and secure networking.
* Work closely with developers, architects, and QA to ensure smooth releases.

* What You Will Need:
*** Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field. Additional Four (4) expedience can be used in lieu of degree.
* Minimum Four (4) years of prior relevant experience in IT infrastructure, with atleast Three (3) years in cloud engineering, Dev Ops, or infrastructure automation
* Expertise in AWS core services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, Cloud Front, Route 53, IAM, etc.)
* Assist senior transition team in account handoff validation, CI/CD pipeline validation, Git Hub Actions audit, Code Build job review, Argo sync check, artifact migration, secrets verification, deployment dry runs, rollback prep, cutover support.
* Monitor deployment pipeline and build status, build troubleshooting, deployment automation, Helm chart maintenance, Docker file updates, environment config management, release coordination, developer support.
* Ownership of services like Git Hub Actions, AWS Code Build, ArgoCD, Helm charts, Dockerfiles, secrets management, environment variables, deployment workflows, Terraform templates.
* Hands on experience with IaC (Terraform, Cloud Formation, CDK)
* Proven ability to work autonomously and collaborate, mentor, help, and support other team members, as needed to solve complex operational and reliability problems.
* Strong development background in Python, Bash or similar
* Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Due to the nature of this role and associated government clearance requirements, candidates must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders) to be eligible for consideration.
* Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
