Techno Mile is hiring an Associate Technical Consultant to join our growing team in Tysons Corner. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate with a technical background to launch a consulting career. You'll learn how to configure and customize Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365, work directly with clients on Techno Mile SaaS product implementations, and grow into a well-rounded consultant.
We're looking for someone who is curious, technically inclined, and eager to learn.
- Learn how to configure and customize Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 alongside senior consultants and developers.
- Help gather and document client requirements, business processes, and system specifications.
- Support Salesforce and Dynamics users — answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and act as a friendly point of contact.
- Assist with moving configurations and code between CRM environments.
- Help with data migration tasks — preparing, cleaning, and loading client data into Salesforce and Dynamics 365.
- Stay current with Techno Mile, Salesforce, and Dynamics 365 platform updates.
- Participate in Agile team activities: sprint planning, testing, and project launches.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Fundamental understanding of Python
- Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Fluent in vibe coding — using AI assistants like Claude, Cursor, or Git Hub Copilot to build and iterate at speed
- Strong willingness and ability to learn new technical platforms quickly.
- Good communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Internship or project experience involving software, CRM, or consulting.
- Familiarity with Git or version control.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum.
- Interest in the Government Contracting industry
