McLean VA
Duration: 3-6 Months | Extension Possible
Job Description:
- Customer service experience with face-to-face phone migrations
- Experience with mobile device migrations/configuration in a classroom setting or 1/1 remote migrations for remote users
- Mobile Device Management experience (Workspace One preferred)
- Migration doing for VIP’s
- Replacement of phones will be performing
- Must have:
Technical experience, Customer service experience - Some technical background experience.
- iOS experience is good to have
- Helpdesk/Service Desk/Mobile device management experience
- Ticketing service is also work on this.
- Service now is good to have
- ATT Premier experience
