Service Now Architect
Onsite 3 days a week mandatory, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Location:
Local to Mclean VA Duration: 6 months with potential to extend full year. Onsite/REMOTE: 3 days a week in office

Service Now Architect / Engineering experience. Service now Architect should have experience architecting AUDIT module.
Service Now Engineer should have experience developing applications on the Service Now platform and related technology (App Creator, Studio, ES5/ECMAScript, related client, and server API's)
Experience working with web application technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST, etc.)
Strong knowledge and understanding of Mid Server, Integrations, LDAP, Flow Designer and SSO, API's and Integrations.
Experience in generating reports, patching, and monitoring Service Now instance
Hands-on experience with Service Now components such as Service Catalog, App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, Service Portal
Experience developing applications on the Service Now platform and related technology (App Creator, Studio, ES5/ECMAScript, related client, and server API's)
Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, REST APIs and ACLs including advanced scripting logic.
Experience in Service Portal to build custom Widgets & Portals.
Create and configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc.
Coordinate upgrades and changes to the Service Now instance
Managing permissions and access (roles, users, and groups)
Create and update the existing configuration documentation
Perform platform upgrades, and review skipped updates due to upgrade standards and community guidelines
Scripting in various areas (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, Portal Pages, UI Pages)
