** HOW A UI/UX DESIGNER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:*
* + Collaborate with software developers and product teams to implement accessible front‑end design modifications

+ Create, promote, and support standards for usability and accessibility excellence

+ Develop interface designs, prototypes, and detailed specifications across web and mobile platforms

+ Produce conceptual interaction design artifacts, including wireframes, sitemaps, diagrams, feature lists, process maps, mock-ups, and working prototypes

+ Translate user needs, product requirements, and technical constraints into thoughtful UX solutions

** WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:*

The likely salary range for this position is $187,000 - $253,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
