Experienced SAP MDG Technical Program Manager responsible for leading end-to-end SAP Master Data Governance implementations, driving Agile delivery, and ensuring timely execution of enterprise master data programs across global teams.
Required Experience- 8+ years in Technical Program Management for SAP MDG implementations
- Strong background as SAP MDG Developer / Technical Architect
- Hands‑on expertise in: ABAP, BRF+, DRF (Data Replication Framework), MDG UI Modeling
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4
HANA master data domains:
Material, Customer, Vendor, Financials - Experience leading Agile/Scrum delivery in global environments
- Lead Agile delivery (daily scrums, sprint planning, milestone tracking)
- Ensure on‑time execution of all program deliverables
- Provide technical governance and review MDG configurations and designs
- Resolve architectural and technical issues across teams
- Oversee SAP MDG end‑to‑end solution implementation
- Ensure data models, workflows, and validation rules align with standards
- Manage BRF+ workflows and DRF-based data replication
- Coordinate across onshore and offshore teams for delivery alignment
Act as key technical bridge between stakeholders and development teams
