Job Summary

Aretum is seeking a Governance and IRB Analyst. As a Governance and IRB Analyst you will oversee the scheduling, documentation, and management of the IRBs, governance training, and SharePoint repository to include development and maintenance of workflows required for governance support.

Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develops agendas, maintains the agenda backlog, drafts meeting minutes, tracks action items, and prepares other technical documentation
• Maintains Charters, Policies, Processes, Procedures, and Templates
• Facilitates Out-of-Cycle votes and coordination of budget reviews
• Supports business units in defining, compiling, and submitting IT budget requests
• Attends IRB meetings and tracks approved, denied, and on hold IT spend-items
• Reviews MS Excel reports from budgeting groups and compares multiple iterations of Spend Plan reports
• Maintains KPI reports
