Scrum Master

This position may be offered to a candidate authorized to work in the US for his/her/their stated employer, without any restrictions which would prevent the candidate from working on the proposed assignment for the duration of the assignment period.

Location:

McLean VA, Onsite Tuesday through Thursday.

Must Haves:
Scrum Certification is required. Hands on experience with Jira is an absolute MUST HAVE. Previous experience with Agile methodologies. Soft skills are key here - looking for someone self motivated and outgoing would be the right fit. Communication skills are also key, this position will require 10/10 written and verbal communication skills. Strong preference for demonstrated experience interacting and collaborating with stakeholders.

Supports the team and the Product Owner, driving constant communication and rapid problem solving to deliver a great product and experience.
