Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in business analysis and UI design. The ideal candidate will have experience in understanding business processes and translating them into technical requirements. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively with various teams.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience with UI design and development.
• Sound knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Proficient in Excel for documenting and presenting concepts and requirements.
• Prior work experience in the client's industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills &

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of mainframe CICS.
• Experience with Jira for creating stories and managing tasks.
• Experience with coordinating with UX teams for UI design.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing CICS screen flows and IMS database elements to map business needs.
• Review analysis with business stakeholders and align requirements.
• Design UI per business needs and coordinate with the UX team.
• Analyze Postgres database to determine and display appropriate data on screens.
• Create Jira stories, provide clarification to the development team, and verify test results.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to understand PI goals and track action items to closure.
