Senior QA Engineer (Service Now)

McLean, VA / Plano, TX (On-site, M–F) Type:
Contract
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in Service Now testing. The role involves manual and automated testing of Service Now solutions.
- Service Now testing (ATF)
- Automation testing (Selenium)
- Knowledge of Service Now modules, workflows, ACLs, integrations
- IRM/GRC experience preferred
- JavaScript or Python (nice to have)
- Create & execute test cases and automation scripts
- Perform end-to-end and regression testing
- Validate workflows and configurations
- Collaborate with teams and report defects
- 5+ years QA experience
- 3+ years Service Now ATF testing
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Strong communication skills
- Service Now certifications
- CI/CD tools experience
