Product analyst​/Technical business analyst

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to help evolve critical platforms that enable lenders to make confident, data-driven decisions and deliver high-quality loans to market. In this role, you will serve as a strategic and technical partner between business stakeholders and technology teams, shaping product capabilities that reduce risk, improve data accuracy, and drive efficiency at scale.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems) or equivalent professional experience
• Typically, 5 years of hands-on experience in product analysis, data analysis, or technical business analysis at a senior level
• Proven expertise in analyzing, mapping, and transforming complex data structures (XML, JSON) and implementing conditional logic for accurate data integration
• Experience using AI-powered tools and advanced analytics techniques for requirements development, prototyping, or test scenario generation
• Strong technical proficiency in Agile delivery environments, including backlog management, refinement, and sprint execution
• Proficiency with product and delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Share Point
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences
• Prior work experience at client or in Financial /Banking industry.

• Experience supporting data-driven or platform-based products in financial services, mortgage, or regulated industries
• Understanding of loan eligibility, credit risk assessment, and closing data standards (ULDD, UCD, XML)
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs and regulatory requirements into technically robust product solutions
• Familiarity with automation, data validation, and quality assurance processes in a product environment

• Lead technical analysis and data-driven discovery for complex product features spanning multiple systems, partners, and data flows
• Develop and refine robust product requirements by leveraging advanced data mapping, transformation, and integration techniques (e.g., XML, JSON, conditional logic)
• Utilize AI-enabled tools and analytical methods to accelerate feature discovery, enhance insight quality, and optimize delivery speed
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and quality teams to architect scalable solutions, resolve technical dependencies, and ensure seamless integration across platforms
• Define and implement successful metrics, acceptance criteria, and automated validation processes to ensure features deliver measurable value, quality, and customer impact
• Identify risks, data gaps, and technical constraints early—driving proactive mitigation and informed tradeoff decisions
• Serve as a technical liaison, translating business needs and regulatory requirements into actionable, technically sound solutions that align with industry standards and compliance objectives
