• Blend deep IT expertise with standard project management skills.
• Lead the team through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring tasks are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise and guidance to customer leadership.
• Manage multiple research projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact with our customer, mission partners, and contractors.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Lead the end‑to‑end requirements lifecycle, from intake through delivery, ensuring traceability and alignment with business objectives.
• Translate operational, security, and compliance needs into clear, prioritized requirements for engineering and vendor teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and technical leads to refine user stories, define acceptance criteria, and uphold quality standards.
• Drive cross‑functional coordination across engineering, Dev Ops, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver capabilities efficiently with minimal disruption.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program and technical documentation, including requirements, delivery plans, and audit‑ready artifacts to support governance and traceability.
• Provide executive‑level reporting on delivery progress, risks, and business impact.
