Overview
As an analytics professional, you’ll unlock secrets in data sets and leverage IoT, machine learning, and artificial intelligence (AI) to advance the Department of Defense mission. Your deep data science expertise and innovative approach will help clients and stakeholders make informed, actionable decisions. You will lead complex data exploration and analytics projects, evaluate AI methodologies, and shape future analytics through continuous auditing, testing, evaluation, verification, and validation (TEVV) and AI risk mitigation.
Responsibilities- Evaluate AI methodologies to impact strategic intelligence.
- Grow skills in TEVV and AI risk mitigation.
- Guide a team that serves critical missions from end to end.
- Communicate complex data and system risks clearly to non‑technical leadership.
- 8+ years of experience translating complex technical findings into graphical, written, visual, and verbal narratives.
- 5+ years of experience with object‑oriented and functional programming to build modular, scalable testing libraries.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including AI or ML validation.
- Experience building and evaluating advanced analytics outputs, especially LLMs and/or agentic AI.
- Experience working on classified networks for DoD or IC clients.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Ability to visualize complex data and concepts for non‑technical leadership, highlighting system risks and “go or no‑go” criteria.
- Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience with scientific techniques such as mathematics, statistics, information science, AI, machine learning, probability modeling, data mining, data engineering, or data warehousing, or 12+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience reviewing and evaluating technical documentation for compliance with applicable standards.
- Experience developing and executing TEVV procedures.
- Experience evaluating AI system performance, robustness, and fairness.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance is required.
CompensationProjected annualized salary range: $99,000.00 to $ USD.
