Senior Manager, Data Analysis – People Analytics
Senior Manager, on the People Strategy and Analytics (PS&A) team, will lead a high‑performing team of analysts focusing on talent acquisition initiatives, international strategy, and broad organizational mandates. The role involves driving data democratization, robust self‑service capabilities, and advanced reporting to support senior leadership.
Responsibilities- Refine and evolve people analytics frameworks and data standards for accuracy, compliance, and scalability.
- Plan and execute high‑priority data projects, overseeing end‑to‑end deliverables for talent acquisition, international strategy, and PS&A initiatives.
- Coach, mentor, and upskill analysts to build a culture of technical excellence.
- Diagnose complex data integrity and pipeline challenges, mitigating risks and uncovering operational opportunities.
- Research, prototype, and recommend next‑generation AI and automation tools to keep the analytics infrastructure at the cutting edge.
- Translate technical findings into clear, concise narratives, executive presentations, and data‑driven recommendations for senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science) – or pursuit of a Master’s degree – with at least 7 years of data analytics experience; or Master’s degree with at least 5 years of data analytics experience and expected completion before start date.
- Minimum 5 years of professional data analysis work.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading and developing teams with open‑source data technologies.
- Minimum 2 years of people management experience.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field.
- At least 7 years of hands‑on statistical or econometric work.
- At least 5 years of experience manipulating large data sets.
- At least 5 years within financial services.
- At least 5 years developing, validating, and applying statistical or econometric models.
- At least 2 years with data governance.
- At least 2 years with predictive analytics.
- At least 1 year experience with AI platforms (e.g., Claude, Code).
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources or People Analytics.
Salary ranges:
McLean, VA – $200,700–$229,100;
Richmond, VA – $182,500–$208,300. Performance‑based incentive compensation may be included. Comprehensive health, financial, and other benefits are available.
