Job Overview

Program Manager – Cybersecurity Services

• Direct, manage, and administer all tasks related to customer activities
• Communicate with the COTR, providing timely updates on technical performance, cost, and schedule
• Maintain required staffing levels of qualified personnel and ensure quality, content, and prompt delivery of all task and contractual deliverables
• Support technical tasking as needed and serve as the primary focal point for contract performance, including technical, cost, schedule, security, staffing, and allocation of appropriate skill mix
• Obtain necessary project resources on a timely basis through direct access to senior corporate management
• Implement and manage onboarding activities
• Ensure personnel expertise and competency are maintained and current with evolving technologies
• Guarantee delivery of quality products while meeting all sponsor schedules and timelines
• Fill vacant positions within contract timelines
• Coordinate and participate in quarterly Project Management Reviews (PMR)
• Track, manage, and control costs, including labor hours for level-of-effort work
• Identify and schedule technical personnel against assigned tasks to ensure on-time delivery
• Manage subcontractors effectively
• Immediately inform the CO or COTR when relevant contract information is obtained

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a closely related discipline
• 8+ years related experience in customer service, program management, project reviews, or a similar field
• Active US Citizenship required
• Security Clearance:
  Top Secret (TS/SCI) with active polygraph

• Salary range (est.): $174,250 - $235,750 (final salary based on experience, location, and contractual requirements)
