Senior Associate, Product Management – Platform (CI/CD)
As the Senior Associate Product Manager you will be at the forefront of defining what Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) looks like for our cloud‑native bank. You will own the vision, strategy, and execution of the tools and processes that power our software delivery lifecycle, balancing developer autonomy with security, compliance, and rapid, safe deployment.
What You’ll Do- Own the
Roadmap:
Define and maintain a data‑driven roadmap for our CI/CD ecosystem, prioritizing investments in automation, testing frameworks, and deployment orchestration to reduce lead time for changes. - Drive the Developer
Experience:
Conduct user research and feedback sessions with engineering teams to identify friction points, minimize cognitive load, and maximize developer productivity. - Be Well Managed:
Partner with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure audit requirements are met automatically, freeing developers to focus on building features. - Obsess on Operational Excellence:
Define and track North Star metrics for the platform, including DORA metrics (Deployment Frequency, Lead Time, Change Failure Rate, and MTTR). - Stakeholder
Collaboration:
Serve as the bridge between Infrastructure/SRE teams and Product, communicating complex technical trade‑offs to non‑technical stakeholders and aligning platform goals with broader business objectives. - Problem Solving & Insights:
Use data to uncover potential single points of failure, advocate for architectural improvements, and stay ahead of industry trends in cloud delivery.

Thrive in the details of the product lifecycle—managing a backlog, writing crisp acceptance criteria, and helping a tech team clear hurdles. - Technical Curiosity:

Collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria, break down business epics into user stories, and drive minimal‑viable‑product deliverables. - Business Focused:
Use hypothesis‑driven data assessment to ensure product value, prioritize feature roadmaps, and manage risk. - Technology Driven:
Work autonomously in an agile environment, develop features that leverage evolving technology, and collaborate with designers, data scientists, and experts. - Transformational Leadership:
Participate in horizontal forums, nurture relationships, articulate product roadmaps, and become a product matter expert.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
- At least 1 year of product management experience or equivalent experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
- 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.
- 1+ years working on core product platforms that power digital experiences.
- 1+ years of experience working with cross‑functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process.
McLean, VA: $111,200 – $126,900 for Senior Associate, Product Management. Additional locations have their specific salary ranges. You may also earn performance‑based incentive compensation, including cash bonus(s) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Eligibility varies by full‑time status, exempt or non‑exempt status, and management level.
