Overview

Senior Manager, Product Management – Fraud Modern Core Integration Lead Product Management at Capital One. This role is focused on establishing and refining the long‑term vision and Modern Core Reads integration strategy for Card Fraud. The manager will collaborate closely with product leaders, engineers, architects, data analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver a scalable, sustainable fraud product portfolio within the Modern Core platform.

Responsibilities
  • Define and advance a 1–3 year Modern Core integration roadmap, emphasizing Card Fraud’s strategic value and scalability.
  • Lead the development of the Fraud onboarding roadmap for Reads and influence technical design across the Modern Core platform.
  • Partner with technology, product, operations, and business analytics leads to identify critical data requirements, build a feasible onboarding plan, and manage cross‑functional dependencies.
  • Provide thought leadership on new core data structures and technologies, validate architectural solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives at enterprise scale.
  • Oversee execution, coordinate complex integrations, prevent service disruptions, and champion the migration of historical data.
  • Develop and execute robust change‑management, training, and communication plans to drive adoption of Modern Core across all Fraud products.
  • Own end‑to‑end technical problem solving for complex data challenges, establish a unified technical roadmap, and proactively communicate risks and progress to leadership.
Qualifications
  • Basic:
    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems), or a bachelor’s degree in any field with at least 4 years of product management experience.
  • Preferred:
    Experience translating business strategy and analytics into consumer‑facing digital products.
