Senior Manager, Cyber Audit and Regulatory Engagements

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager Cyber Audit And Regulatory Engagements to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation.

The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Location:

Mclean, VA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,700 – $229,100 annually

• Execute short and long term strategic plans to enhance regulatory engagement and reporting programs, incorporating AI to boost productivity
• Lead collaboration with teams to improve and validate audit and regulatory reporting artifacts
• Tailor communications for various audiences, articulating program strategies and expectations effectively
• Monitor and analyze engagement metrics, reviewing data for trends and recommending actionable improvements
• Manage issue resolution by identifying risks and partnering with technology and risk teams on remediation efforts
• Prepare the organization for upcoming engagements by maintaining an updated engagement calendar

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity or technology
• 4+ years of experience in process or project management
• 4+ years of experience in risk management or audit
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 7+ years of project management, IT, or Cyber audit experience preferred
• Business Process Management (BPM) and Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred
