Join our Global Public Sector Solution Engineering team. This role sits at the forefront of making agentic AI a reality for our customers and involves consolidating expertise across Mule Soft (Integration), Tableau (Analytics), Data Cloud (Unified Data Management), and agentic AI to solve complex data and AI challenges.

You will be the single point of contact for sales teams, ensuring data and AI opportunities are handled by a specialist who thinks like an architect, draws on hands-on delivery experience, and communicates outcomes in business terms. You will contribute to the success of agency customers by conducting holistic discovery, reframing the data-to-agentic AI journey, and designing compliant, AI-ready architectures that deliver actionable insights from disparate silos while enabling intelligent, autonomous agents.

You will bridge legacy system connectivity and modern mission outcomes, acting as a trusted advisor across API management, real-time data unification, advanced analytics, and deployment strategies for intelligent agentic systems.

• Required
  : A degree in Computer Science (B.S., Master's, or Ph.D)
• Architectural Mindset
  :
  Design secure, scalable architectures for highly regulated Public Sector environments (including FedRAMP High and IL4/IL5/IL6).
• Multi-Platform Technical Depth
  :
  Experience across Integration (Mule Soft), Data Analytics (Tableau), Unified Data Management (Data Cloud), and agentic AI platforms; expertise in at least two core data/integration capabilities with exposure to agentic AI.
• Agentic AI Experience
  :
  Demonstrated experience (2+ years valued) with agentic AI solutions, including designing or deploying intelligent agents, LLM integration, orchestration, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Strategic Communication
  :
  Ability to translate technical challenges into mission and business value for government executives and technical stakeholders.
• AI Readiness
  :
  Understanding of trusted context foundations for AI, data grounding, metadata intelligence, and unified data enabling reliable agentic workflows.
• Collaboration & Influence
  :
  Ability to partner with Account Executives to drive sales strategy and lead data plus agentic AI discovery desde day one.
• Experience
  :
  Minimum 5 years in Solution Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, or Digital Transformation with hands-on AI/data/integration project delivery.
• Technical Foundations
  :
  Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent; experience with APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern development practices preferred.
• US citizenship required

• Sales acumen:
  Demonstrated technical sales experience to translate solutions into customer value.
• Certifications:
  
  Mule Soft Certified Architect, Tableau Desktop/Server Specialist, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, AI Associate credentials, or equivalent.
• Industry Knowledge:
  Public Sector/DoD compliance (FedRAMP/IL5/6) and government data silos.
• Ecosystem Expertise:
  Familiarity with data governance and MDM tools, plus exposure to agentic AI frameworks or orchestration patterns.

3 months:

• Master the Stack:
  Complete intensive Mule Soft Anypoint Platform, Data Cloud, Tableau, and agentic AI certifications.
• Build Your Point of View:
  Align with GTM plan and begin building your Data-to-Agentic AI Journey whiteboarding and workshop skills.
• Shadow & Learn:
  Participate in Public Sector engagements to observe discovery and multi-product AI + data solution architectures.

12 months:

• Own the Technical Win:
  Lead sales engineering on complex, multi-cloud data and agentic AI opportunities for higher win rates.
• Evangelize the Vision:
  Conduct architectural workshops and demonstrations to show unified data as the foundation for trustworthy intelligent agents.
• Enable the Ecosystem:
  Mentor account teams and partners on Data + Integration + Agentic AI as the foundation for mission transformation.
