Senior Manager, Product Manager-Data Analysis & Governance

This role supports data analysis and governance initiatives within product management to ensure data quality and migration integrity across customer, account, product, and transactional data.

As a Senior Manager of Product Management at Capital One, you will report directly to the Director of the Migration domain and lead the domain responsible for ensuring that data is migrated accurately, completely, and repeatedly. You will oversee two streams: modern migration automation/tooling and proactive legacy data hygiene. You will own the analytical frameworks, data mapping, and reconciliation controls required to maintain regulatory confidence in migration outcomes.

You’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five areas considered foundational for successful Product Management:

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a degree as listed below with the expectation that the degree will be obtained by the start date:
• A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or related quantitative field), or Business or Marketing
• OR
• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries apply to candidates hired to perform work within these locations; part-time roles will be prorated. Location salary ranges are provided as of posting date.

Sr. Mgr, Product Management $200,700 - $229,100;
Manager, Product Management $164,800 - $188,100

New York, NY:
Sr. Mgr, Product Management $219,000 - $249,900;
Manager, Product Management $179,700 - $205,100

Richmond, VA:
Sr. Mgr, Product Management $182,500 - $208,300;
Manager, Product Management $149,800 - $171,000

Wilmington, DE:
Sr. Mgr, Product Management $182,500 - $208,300;
Manager, Product Management $149,800 - $171,000

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. The actual offer will be reflected in the offer letter. This role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, including cash bonuses and long-term incentives, discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
