Manager, Product Management - Customer Assist Observability

About the Role

Step into Autonomous AI as the Product Manager for a product focusing on Alerting, Traceability, Logging, Automated controls, and System observability. Lead strategy for system safety, automated controls, and robust observability. Partner cross-functionally to build scalable architectures that deploy real-time alerts, ensure compliance, and reduce incident recovery times. Apply human-centered design and problem-solving to translate challenges into a roadmap that empowers internal stakeholders.

Use business-focused vision and analytics to mitigate risks and drive strategic investments in the AI space.

In this role, demonstrate proficiency in five areas:

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a qualifying degree by start date:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or related field, or Business/Marketing
• OR
• Bachelor’s degree in any field and 3 years of Product Management experience

• Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries refer to the amount Capital One is willing to pay t-time salaries prorated.

McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100;
New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100;
Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range for that location. The actual salary will be in the offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
