Agile Coach and Transformation Lead. The opportunity blends technical skill with big-picture thinking to support the mission and warfighter. As an Agile Coach and Transformation Lead, you will drive transformation across the organization by leveraging frameworks, including Scaled Agile (SAFe), Scrum, and Kanban. You will work to drive the adoption of the Agile mindset through Lean Portfolio Management, Agile delivery knowledge, and Agile lifecycle management tools while coaching and mentoring team members. You will lead multiple pillars from end-to-end and deliver SAFe training and workshops, including leading SAFe, SAFe for Teams, SAFe PO/PM, and Values Stream Identification.
You will help bring standard methodologies into the organization and partner closely with senior leadership to establish lean agile routines and practices that transform the organization to run Agile at scale, integration and continuous development, Dev Ops, and automation.
You will drive discussions with team leads and management while keeping the collective team focused and tracking on commitments, pace, and quality.

ResponsibilitiesApply Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) to drive organizational transformation.
Lead SAFe trainings and workshops (SAFe, SAFe for Teams, SAFe PO/PM, Values Stream Identification).
Coach and mentor team members and partner with senior leadership to implement lean agile routines and practices.
Drive Dev Ops, automation, and continuous development initiatives at scale.
Maintain focus on commitments, pace, and quality while engaging with executives, team leads, and stakeholders.
7+ years of experience with the Systems Engineering Life Cycle and Agile management tools.
Experience coaching, mentoring, and advising technology leaders through a sophisticated Agile transformation.
Experience as an Agilist, leading Agile transformations as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
Experience designing and executing enterprise organizational transformation frameworks.
Ability to lead discussions with executives, team leads, and leaders within the organization.
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
Associate's degree with 5+ years, Bachelor's with 3+ years, or Master's with 1+ year of IT project experience.
Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification within 30 days of start date (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GSEC, SSCP, CySA+, GICSP, or CND).
Agile Certifications such as PMI-ACP, PMP, or SAFe SPC.
Experience supporting IC clients.
Knowledge of Service Now.
Knowledge of DoD Risk Management Framework.
Ability to deliver all documentation on time through contract data requirements list approval process.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800 to $257,000 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
