Overview
Senior Manager, Product Management - Fraud Modern Core Integration Lead. This role is focused on Card Fraud and establishing the long-term vision and integration strategy for Fraud within the Modern Core Reads program. The individual will work with product leaders, engineers, architects, tech leads across Fraud and Modern Core, and business and data analysts. A key responsibility is to define the Fraud onboarding roadmap for Reads and influence the technical design within the Modern Core platform.
Responsibilities- Define and advance the 1-3 year Modern Core integration roadmap, focusing on Card Fraud's strategic value, sustainability, and scalability to achieve parity with the target platform.
- Partner with Tech, Product, Ops, and BA leads to define critical data requirements, establish a feasible onboarding roadmap, and manage cross-functional dependencies.
- Provide thought leadership on Core Data structures and technologies, validate technical architecture solutions, and ensure execution meets Card Fraud's business needs at scale.
- Oversee execution, coordinate complex activities to prevent service disruptions, champion data migration, and develop and execute change management, training, and communications to drive Modern Core adoption across all Fraud products.
- Integrated Problem Solving: Own and drive end-to-end technical problem-solving for the most complex data challenges impacting Fraud and the Modern Core platform migration, establishing a unified technical roadmap to deliver Fraud’s strategic agenda.
- Transformational Leadership: Serve as the technical bridge between Fraud, Modern Core, and engineering teams, resolve dependencies, drive consensus on technical solutions, and communicate risks and progress to Fraud leadership to influence data architecture and prioritization decisions.
- Business Focus: Translate complex Fraud business needs into a prioritized data onboarding and solution strategy for Modern Core, ensuring alignment with business value and enterprise risk mitigation.
- Technology Driven: Maintain expert knowledge of both legacy Fraud data ecosystems and the target Modern Core architecture, identifying integration friction points and championing scalable, unified technical solutions.
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, one of the following with the expectation that the degree will be obtained on or before the start date:
- A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related quantitative field) or Business or Marketing.
- OR
- Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience.
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries are provided for candidates hired to work in these locations and may vary by location. Part-time roles will be prorated based on hours worked.

McLean, VA:
Sr. Mgr, Product Management $200,700 - $229,100;
Manager, Product Management $164,800 - $188,100
New York, NY:
Sr. Mgr, Product Management $219,000 - $249,900;
Manager, Product Management $179,700 - $205,100
Richmond, VA:
Sr. Mgr, Product Management $182,500 - $208,300;
Manager, Product Management $149,800 - $171,000
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range for that location, and the actual salary offered will be stated in the offer letter.
This role is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
