Journeyman Knowledge Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, update, and maintain Knowledge Management (KM) systems
• Advise on the best utilization of KM tools
• Enhance information sharing of analysis, assessments, and relevant documents
• Train system users, including IC partners
• Integrate information with other databases
• Utilize automated tools and visualizations for data access
• Create and maintain virtual communities of interest
• Develop simulations and exercises for testing
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve information exchanges
• Maintain a customer-wide repository for instructions and policy documents
• Build data repositories for various mission needs with visualizations

• Minimum of BA/BS and 3+ years of relevant experience or no degree and 9+ years of relevant experience
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance
• Demonstrated experience with Knowledge Management processes and methodologies
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of quality control/testing
• Excellent process-oriented organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
