Sr. Manager, Product Management - Conversational AI Servicing Quality Assurance

Product Management at Capital One is a dynamic field focused on reimagining the status quo, creating value, and delivering innovative customer experiences through technology. This role leads onboarding and assessment strategy for evaluating conversational AI solutions on our enterprise quality platform, at the cutting edge of GenAI servicing as we scale automated validation across customer interactions.

• Drive Conversational AI Integration: Own the end-to-end platform integration and roadmap execution required to onboard conversational AI solutions onto our enterprise quality assurance platform.
• Pioneer AI QA & Feedback Loops: Support the development of advanced AI QA on AI capabilities. Establish automated assessment parameters and closed-loop feedback systems to enable conversational AI to learn and self-correct.
• Scale Automated Assessments: Design systems that keep pace with rapid coverage expansion, ensuring QA checks are consistent, accurate, and scalable across a large library of customer intents and tasks.

• An Experienced Product Leader: Has shipped complex data platforms or cloud-scale conversational applications and possesses foundational knowledge of—or passion for—LLM evaluation pipelines.
• A Strategic Systems-Thinker: Orchestrates alignment, manages complex technical dependencies, and navigates challenges across high-velocity cross-functional teams.

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, one of the following with an expected degree completion by start date:
  • A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or related) or Business/Marketing

OR

• Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries are for candidates hired to perform work within these locations and may vary by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on hours worked.

McLean, VA:
Sr. Mgr, Product Management $200,700 - $229,100;
Manager, Product Management $164,800 - $188,100

New York, NY:
Sr. Mgr, Product Management $219,000 - $249,900;
Manager, Product Management $179,700 - $205,100

Richmond, VA:
Sr. Mgr, Product Management $182,500 - $208,300;
Manager, Product Management $149,800 - $171,000

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered will be reflected in the offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives. Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
