The GRCx (GRC Product and Data) Team is on a mission to modernize risk management with technology, moving from reactive to proactive and from manual to automated. As a Product Leader, you will help transform critical products that support our core business and work with senior leaders to drive investments in product, technology, and data to support this imperative.

In this role, demonstrate proficiency in five core areas foundational to successful Product Management:

• Human Centered: Focus on internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions
• Business Focused: Deliver outcomes through leverage and execution excellence
• Technology Driven: Leverage technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions with near-term and long-term value
• Integrated Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks
• Transformational Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field and 5 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries are listed by location. Salaries are for candidates hired to work within the listed locations and reflect the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on hours worked.

Locations and salary ranges:

• McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000 for Director, Product Management
• Richmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100 for Director, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range for that location, with the actual salary offered reflected in the offer letter. This role is eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
