Senior Business Analyst – ServiceNow

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Senior Business Analyst supporting the Platforms - Service Now team.
• Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Service Now-related initiatives.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of Service Now solutions across the platform.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
• Analyze current-state and future-state processes to recommend efficient, scalable solutions.
• Work closely with developers, product owners, and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered effectively.
• Assist with testing activities, including test planning, execution support, and validation of delivered functionality.
• Maintain documentation and help ensure project deliverables are aligned with business goals and technical standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A MINIMUM of FIVE (5) years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least THREE (3) years specializing in Service Now
• Proven experience working on several projects
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, requirements gathering, and process documentation.
• Experience creating user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrates expertise in Business Analysis with a focus on Service Now, including requirements gathering, user story creation, and process documentation. Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and deliver scalable solutions in Agile environments.
