Senior Manager, Technical Program Management, Bank Tech

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager Technical Program Management Bank Tech to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a regulated financial services environment.

Location:

Compensation: $200,700 – $229,100 annually

• Drive initiatives for Instant and Emerging payments ensuring platform readiness
• Partner with Senior Leaders and stakeholders across various business lines
• Execute a cohesive roadmap across multiple work streams
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the delivery life‑cycle
• Simplify complex technical challenges and make informed decisions
• Influence cross-functional teams to secure commitments on deliverables

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering)
• At least 5 years of experience managing technical programs
• 5+ years of experience designing and building data‑intensive solutions using distributed computing
• 5+ years experience delivering large‑scale, technical, complex, cross‑domain programs
• 3+ years of experience in building distributed systems & highly available services using AWS cloud computing services and architecture
• 3+ years experience with Agile delivery
