* Collaborate with software developers and product teams to implement accessible front-end design modifications
* Create, promote, and support standards for usability and accessibility excellence
* Develop interface designs, prototypes, and detailed specifications across web and mobile platforms
* Produce conceptual interaction design artifacts, including wireframes, sitemaps, diagrams, feature lists, process maps, mock-ups, and working prototypes
* Translate user needs, product requirements, and technical constraints into thoughtful UX solutions WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
* Education:
BA/BS in Information Technology or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience
* Experience:
10+ years of related experience
* Required skills:
* Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end technologies
* Ability to create detailed UX assets including wireframes, user flows, and visual specifications
* Experience working within a cross-functional software development environment
* Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
* Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards
* Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
* Location:
McLean VA, on Customer Site
