Mroads is looking for an IT Asset/Logistics Coordinator for one of the direct clients in McLean, VA. This is an on-site role.
We are seeking an experienced IT Procurement Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, tracking laptops, managing invoices, and demonstrating excellent communication skills. The candidate should have experience in Excel.
Responsibilities:- Manage inventory of IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Track the lifecycle of laptops, ensuring timely replacements and upgrades.
- Manage invoices and billing related to IT procurement activities.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.
- Proven experience as an IT Procurement Analyst or similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other procurement software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
