Verato Inc. is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our on-site technology team in McLean, VA. You will be the front line for staff support—remotely, over the phone, and in person—while helping scale IT services as the company grows.
The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience, strong macOS and Office 365 skills, and a keen ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users. This full-time onsite role reports to the Manager of IT & Infrastructure.
