QA Engineer
Immediate need for a talented QA Engineer. This is a 06 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano, TX / Mclean, VA (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.
Key Responsibilities:
- HM Notes:
- Certification is preferred
- Biggest challenge is candidate did not have Service Now hand experience in last 3 years; they need hands on recent projects.
- 5 to 7 years and consistent with ATF testing without certification will work
- 1 or 2 years of experience with Service Now ATF with certification will also work
- Technical Assessment on ATF is mandatory
- JavaScript or Java
Key Requirements and Technology
Experience:
- Must have skills: QA, Automation, Service Now ATF
- 5–8 years of QA.
- 3 years of hands-on Service Now ATF testing (with focus on IRM/GRC).
- Strong automation experience (Selenium)
- Deep understanding of IRM/GRC processes, controls, risk scoring, assessments, SOX/compliance flows.
- Hands-on with tables, ACLs, flows, update sets, APIs, business rules.
- 3 years validating platform UI, Service Portal, Workspace UX.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
- 2 years' experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of test planning, test case creation, and defect management
- Proficient in identifying automation opportunities within the Service Now ecosystem.
