Drivethe adoption ofthe company’s opportunity pipeline and customer relationship management ( CRM ) system. PromoteCRM best practices through effective use of Salesforce functionality to support users and enhance operational efficiency. Build and maintain workflows and automation to continuously improve the CRM user experience . Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and increase platform adoption. Actively participate in governance processes as a user advocate. Document requirements and collaborate closely withthe Chief Information Officeto plan release schedules for new enhancements.

Provide Tier 1 user support and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth and reliable CRM experience . Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizen ship is required.

You Have:

5+years of experience with Salesforce

2+years of experience with business intelligence tools, including Tableau or Power BI

Experience using and configuring Agentforce

Experience creating andmaintainingcustomer-ready documentation

Ability to communicate with audiences varying in size and seniority

Nice If You Have:

Experience with Micro sof t Dynamics 365 and Micro sof t Power Platform

Ability to align technology solutions to business objectives

Ability to display an executive presence and strong stakeholder management

Ability to support continuous improvement and operational excellence

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance enterprise environment

Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
