Title: Business Analyst Salesforce & Mainframe

Pay Range: $60 - $65/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce platforms and Mainframe-based applications to support enterprise digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders, Salesforce implementation teams, and technology teams by gathering requirements, documenting functional specifications, and ensuring successful Agile delivery. Experience working with customer-facing digital platforms within banking or financial services is highly preferred.

• Lead business requirement gathering workshops with business, product, and technology stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and user stories.
• Create and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Salesforce implementation teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
• Collaborate with UX, development, QA, and product teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users, Salesforce teams, and Mainframe development teams.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability between business objectives, functional requirements, and delivered solutions.
• Support impact analysis, change requests, and documentation updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered functionality against business requirements.
• Assist in production support, issue analysis, and continuous process improvements.
• Work on integrations involving Salesforce and legacy Mainframe applications where applicable.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience on enterprise digital transformation projects.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, or other Salesforce CRM implementations.
• Experience working with Mainframe environments and legacy system integrations.
• Knowledge of Banking or Financial Services digital platforms is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
