Senior Associate, Product Manager, Audit Insights & Innovation

• Bridge the gap between generative AI capabilities and enterprise-scale design
• Collaborate with full-stack engineering teams and dedicated UI/UX designers
• Own the vision and roadmap of your experience within the Audit Compass application
• Breakdown business epics into features and further into user stories
• Prioritize feature development roadmaps and manage risk effectively
• Work autonomously in an agile environment to conduct research and develop features
• Participate in horizontal forums to articulate a product roadmap to deliver business value

• Bachelor's degree or military experience
• At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering (preferred)
• 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred)
• 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences (preferred)
• 1+ years working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process (preferred)

Demonstrates expertise in product management and agile methodologies, with a strong focus on translating business strategies into consumer-facing digital products. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage product roadmaps effectively.
