History of contributing to deployments and troubleshooting technical issues in an engineering role.
Requirements:Minimum 10 years of experience in IT
3+ years experience in AWS platform support.
Demonstrable experience with:
- Jenkins, Jira, Git and Artifactory, Service Now
- Scripting languages (e.g., UNIX Shell / Powershell / Perl / Python / Ruby)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, driven, and creative individual
Experience with the following are differentiators:
- EKS
- UNIX
- Troubleshooting
Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience (required)
Required Skills:Must Haves:
3+ yrs of AWS Admin, recent hands-on experience with AWS Console, AWS CLI, AWS services including but not limited to S3, EC2, Security Group, Roles, EKS, AWS Code Pipeline;
Cloud Formation Template, istio/TSB, Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket), Service Now, Jenkins, Shell scripting (UNIX, Power Shell), strong troubleshooting skills.
Schedule:
This is a AWS Platform admin/support role with Hybrid working schedule (on-site at McLean, VA campus on Tu, W, Thu), Core hours 9am-5pm, will join 24x7 on-call rotation.
