Aretum is seeking an Operations Facilitation Specialist that supports information sharing, analysis, and operational coordination among external partners and internal cybersecurity offices to strengthen collaboration and support strategic planning. The Operations Facilitation Specialist will translate complex cybersecurity information into clear executive briefings and written products that inform leadership decisions and operational priorities. Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating information sharing, analysis, and operational activities across external partners and internal cybersecurity organizations.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with cybersecurity industry partners and other external stakeholders to support collaboration and information exchange.
- Analyzing cybersecurity information and translating technical findings into clear, actionable information for executive and non-technical audiences.
- Developing and delivering executive briefings, reports, and other written products that support operational planning and strategic initiatives.
- Supporting coordination between technical and policy teams by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve cybersecurity operations and information sharing.
