Senior Project Manager – S​/HANA Business Transformation

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned, business-facing Senior Project Manager to drive a high-visibility, global S/4

HANA enterprise transformation program. This role sits primarily on the business side (70% focus), acting as the strategic bridge between Global Process Owners (GPO), business leads, and Digital Technology (DT) implementation partners. The ideal candidate possesses a strong executive presence, excels at navigating multi-vendor friction (e.g., Deloitte/IBM dynamics), and brings extensive hands‑on experience leading S/4

HANA deployment methodologies.

• S/4
  
  HANA Business-Side Delivery & Governance: Drive business requirements, S/4
  
  HANA solution alignment, and transformation roadmap execution across Global Process Owners and technology teams.

• Vendor & Stakeholder Alignment: Command seniority in high-level leadership meetings; actively manage operational friction between business consulting partners and technical delivery teams across the S/4
  
  HANA lifecycle.

• Executive Program Reporting: Own the creation of high-impact "Project Plan on a Page" executive summaries (Gantt-level views utilizing Office Timeline / PowerPoint) for executive leadership presentations.

• Program Tracking: Drive daily/weekly S/4
  
  HANA project milestones, risks, and deliverables using  and enterprise PM tools.

• Framework Leadership: Apply robust Hybrid (Agile & Waterfall) project management frameworks tailored to large-scale S/4
  
  HANA rollouts to maintain delivery cadence and mitigate delivery risks.

• Senior PM Track Record: 10+ years leading complex, large-scale enterprise transformation projects with a heavy emphasis on business-side PM delivery.

• S/4
  
  HANA & SAP Expertise: Direct experience managing S/4
  
  HANA transformation projects and deployment methodologies. Deep exposure to FICO or Treasury modules is a major plus.

• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to navigate complex matrix organizations, resolve cross-functional friction, and represent leadership in critical program governance meetings.

• Tooling Proficiency: Advanced skills with for task/program tracking and Office Timeline / Power Point for executive-level visual reporting.

• Methodology: Demonstrated strength in both Agile and Waterfall project delivery frameworks within an SAP enterprise environment.
