Knowledge Management Team Position
This position is for knowledge management team which consists of 25 members responsible for product documentation, operating manual, production & program management across 44 platforms & product line of business, coordinate lot of orchestration & technical projects. Responsible for building tools & platform to support development of technology to be operation in PM, making sure the product requirement completed, due diligence to get sign off to launch the product.
This position will directly working with Laura & another Sr.manager
Must Have:
- Project management
- Leading agile scrum teams
- Maintaining Jira Boards, Speak technically
- Manage priorities & remove project blockers
- Facilitating scrum ceremonies
- Someone coming with experience on SDLC
- API exp
- Data analysis, Database, ETL
- AI piece
