Leidos is seeking a Transportation Data Scientist (junior to mid-level) to support FHWA-funded projects at the intersection of AI, data science, and transportation. You will help develop and deploy AI/ML models for vehicle load classification, crash prediction, and data ecosystems in a federally supported research environment.
The role requires hands-on AI development, 2+ years of experience, and the ability to work on-site at the customer site in McLean, VA. Travel up to 20% may be necessary.
