Role OverviewWe are seeking experienced Appian Consultants to lead delivery teams, act as trusted advisors, and provide expert guidance on solution delivery and platform design.
Key Responsibilities- Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions with Appian and related technologies.
- Guide clients on Agile, QA, governance, architecture design, platform scalability, configuration management, Dev Sec Ops , and related program initiatives.
- Support design, development, testing activities across multiple client projects.
- Create and document implementation best practices and internal knowledge base articles.
- Provide thought leadership on process improvement, internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools.
- Mentor, train, and enable resources within delivery teams.
- 5+ years of experience with Appian solutions.
- 5+ years of related IT experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- Active Lead or Expert certification in Appian delivery.
- Experience using an Agile methodology.
- Strong technical design, implementation, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB) and web services/middleware (REST/SOAP, Mule, IIB, Fusion).
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Willingness to travel (0‑15%) to Washington, DC for client meetings as needed.
- UI/UX Design
- Cloud Computing/IaaS (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Authentication (SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP)
- Data management and data visualization / BI
- Dev Sec Ops and/or Configuration Management
- Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence
- Relevant certifications.
