Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up and configure employee workstations, including docking stations, monitors, cables and peripherals.
• Verify proper functionality of workstation equipment prior to employee use.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and connectivity issues related to docking stations, monitors and display settings, keyboard and mouse peripherals, power and cable connections.
• Respond to employee requests for assistance when equipment is not functioning correctly.
• Perform basic cable management and workstation organization.
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to appropriate support teams.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused presence while supporting end users.
• Document and communicate recurring issues or equipment concerns to project leadership.

Skills and

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in desktop support, field services, help desk, or technical support roles preferred.
• Experience setting up and troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware, peripheral devices.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of workstation connectivity and cable management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 25 lbs.

Wage Range:
The rate for this position is between $18.70 - $22.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Benefits:
