Manager, Process Manager - Consumer Behavior Analytics About the Team

The Consumer Behavior Analytics (CBA) team—situated within Enterprise’s Data, Assistance & AI (DA&AI)—plays a critical role in establishing and maintaining this foundation.
About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and autonomous Manager, Process Management to oversee One Tag onboarding, L2 process management and drive optimization and automation across the CBA team. In this role, you will lead One Tag onboardings, maintain rigorous data quality standards, and transition manual workflows into scalable, automated solutions. Operating comfortably in ambiguous situations, you will build strong partnerships across CBA Product and Tech teams to ensure a well-managed platform and foster continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- One Tag Onboarding:
Manage intakes and support LOB onboardings to One Tag platform. Partner with the product team to drive onboarding process and UI enhancements. - Strategic Tag Stewardship:
Onboard tag stewards, define clear roles, and build strategies to turn stewardship into an active control for feature owners. - Data Quality & Observability:
Partner with product team to drive scaled data quality remediations across hundreds of teams at Capital One. Implement ongoing preventative and detective controls to ensure data integrity. - Process Optimization & Automation:
Transition manual workflows to scalable, automated structures (e.g., automated intake, lineage, AI-driven health surveys).

Engages in meaningful rituals with their team, leadership, and partners that provide visibility to progress, milestones, and barriers. Escalates critical information judiciously and responsibly to resolve conflicts. - Presents Effectively:
Exhibits the ability to craft and deliver a data-backed story to a wide range of stakeholders at the appropriate altitude. Can pivot and adjust communications in the moment and deliver messaging confidently across multiple mediums. - Drives Consensus:
Adeptly manages partners with divergent viewpoints, facilitating alignment and proactive problem-solving. - Problem Solving:
Handles ambiguity and structures strategic narratives independently, reducing reliance on leadership to establish starting structures. Actively applies structured problem-solving to shift personal and team workflows from manual execution to scalable, automated solutions. - Job-Specific
Skills:
Consistently demonstrates accuracy and completeness in execution without shifting operational burdens to peers. Proactively drives enterprise frameworks, compliance work streams, and network stewardship forward from end to end without needing continuous prompting.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 4 years of process or project management experience
- At least 1 year of people management experience
- Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management certification or Project Management Certification
- 5+ years of experience in Process management
- 5+ years of experience in Project management
- 2+ years of experience in People management
- 1+ years of experience working with Product and Technology teams

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
