Experience interpreting client-specific Epic configuration and operational workflows.
Experience working with large healthcare data sets in a relational database environment.
Ability to translate technical data structures into clear business and analytical definitions.
Experience partnering with data engineers, architects, application analysts, business stakeholders, and clinical SMEs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work directly with client executives, technical leaders, analysts, and operational stakeholders.
What Would Be Nice To Have:Epic certification or accreditation in Clarity, Cogito, Caboodle, Healthy Planet, or a related reporting area.
Experience with Epic Caboodle and Epic-delivered analytical content.
Experience with Healthy Planet, population health, accountable care, payer analytics, or value-based care.
Experience integrating Epic data with medical claims, pharmacy claims, eligibility, attribution, or payer-supplied data.
Experience with Exasol or another enterprise analytical database.
Experience using DBeaver, SQL Server Management Studio, or comparable SQL development tools.
