Responsibilities
- Execute and manage Salesforce production deployments and environment migrations.
- Support Salesforce development teams with CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, and release governance.
- Automate manual and repetitive processes to improve deployment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Define, implement, and maintain observability, monitoring, and deployment dashboards using Dynatrace for Salesforce and integrated platforms.
- Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce Dev Ops tools (Auto Rabit preferred) and enterprise tooling.
- Implement CI/CD workflows using Git Hub Actions, Team City, and related tools.
- Support deployment automation for Mobile, Mule Soft and Java applications.
- Ensure compliance with change management, audit, and operational controls.
- Work closely with onshore and offshore development teams, coordinating release activities, deployment schedules, and CI/CD support across time zones.
- Communicate release status, risks, and improvements clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Escalate release risks, deployment concerns, and automation gaps.
- Provide regular updates on deployment health, observability, and CI/CD maturity.
- Receive priorities and guidance for Dev Ops and platform initiatives.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, platform engineers, and operations teams.
- Enable teams through standardized Dev Ops tooling, automation, and best practices.
- Promote continuous improvement in release management and operational readiness.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator - Required.
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Dev Ops, Release Management, or CI/CD.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Dev Ops practices, Salesforce architecture, Governor Limits, and security scanning.
- Good understanding of Salesforce releases and platform upgrades.
- Hands-on experience using VS Code, Git, Apex Data Loader, and code review processes.
- Strong experience with Git Hub, including branching strategies, pull requests, and Git Hub Actions.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipeline tools such as Team City, artifact management tools (e.g., JFrog), and deployment automation.
- Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and server automation.
- Very strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience working with or coordinating offshore development teams.
- Experience with Salesforce CI/CD tools (Auto Rabit preferred).
- Prior Salesforce development experience (to better enable Dev Ops and release support).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Experience developing automation workflows using open-source tools.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise systems (high availability, high transaction volume).
