TS/SCI with POLY REQUIRED

Looking for subject matter expertise to develop a tool to enhance their signature management capabilitiesandtointegratethe

Sponsor’sdiversedataholdingsandtoleveragenovelAI/MLsolutions to support the Sponsor’s operational requirements.

• The Contractorshallworkcloselywithotherteams; however, the Sponsorprojectmanagerwillmanage the priorities.
• The Contractorshallintegratewith Sponsorteamtodevelopananunderstandingof Sponsor data  structures.
• The Contractor shall build out schema and data models, as required by the Sponsor.
• The Contractorshallcompletethe Sponsor ’ssystemsadministratorsecuritycourse(approx.
  8hours of training).
• The Contractor shall provide weekly highlights summarizing work progress as required by the Sponsor.
• The Contractorshallprovidebriefings,toincludepresentationslidesanduserguidedocumentation,asrequiredbythe
  
  Sponsor.

• The Contractorshallexpandthesponsor’sArtificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) architectureanddevelopananalyticsuserinterface(UI).
• The Contractor shall bridge research output to operational teams by packing models as reliable service.
• The Contractor shall create operator-focused dashboards.
• The Contractorshalldeliverastable,low-costproductionsplatformthatenablerapid,tailored outreach.
• The Contractor shall provide weekly highlights summarizing work progress as required by the Sponsor.
• The Contractorshallprovidebriefings,toincludepresentationslidesanduserguidedocumentation,asrequiredbythe
  
  Sponsor.

The Contractor shall have the following required skills, certifications, and demonstrated experience:

• • Data Science #1

Demonstrated experience with proficiency in Python.

• Demonstrated experience with data analytics and transformations.
• Demonstrated experience with complex graph database queries.
• Demonstrated experience in cloud compute environments.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with technical and non-technical personnel as well as all levels of management and staff.
• Data Science #2
• Demonstrated experience in cloud compute environments.
• Demonstrated experience in containerization concepts.
  
  Demonstrated experience in Machine Learning Operations (MLOps).
• Demonstrated expertise in software engineering, cloud architecture and UI design.
• Demonstrated experience supporting big data environments.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with technical and non-technical personnel as well as all levels of management and staff.

Skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not required to perform the work include:

  • Demonstrated experience with Cypher
  • Demonstrated experience with Amazon Web Service (AWS), (Lambda)
