AT&T has an opening for aConsolidated Systems Monitoring Administrator to  provide 24x7 monitoring of server and network operations.

• Provide 24 x 7 monitoring support to Client/Server and Network Operations.
• All candidates must work a rotatingpanamaschedule.
• Take appropriate actiontomaintainsystem availability.
• Analyze system anomalies, perform initial troubleshooting, generate and route Maximo tickets to the appropriate service providers fortimelywork-off.
• Maintain current andaccuratelogs, accurately documenting all system outages and pertinent follow-up information as required.
• Remain current inwith Standard Operating Procedures, Systemmanualsand control logs.
• Maintain accuracy of all System Analysts task.
• Continue to develop state of the art knowledge and skills asrequiredfor the evolving technical environment.

• Experience with the following applications:
  Service Now, HPOpenview, Lotus Notesdatabasesand email.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work closely with CSM Management, Client/Server & Networkprofessionalsand the customer community.
• Candidate must have a total of10 years of applicable experience. The experience can be a combination of degree and work history. This can be a High School degree and 10 years of work history OR an Associate’s and 8 years, a Bachelors’ and 6 years, aMastersand 4 years or a PhD and 2years of work history.

- Senior's earn between $89,200 - $137,060. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
